Travelling on holiday by plane, taking food “to go” in plastic to take home or streaming videos on the sofa for hours on end – habits that may make our lives more pleasant, but damage the global climate on a daily basis.
Will our freedoms to stop or limit climate change have to be curtailed in the future?
How can we take precautions now to preserve our room for manoeuvre in the future?
What holistic concepts for democracy and freedom are needed?
These and other questions will be discussed on 1 December 2020 by high-ranking guests from science, business and civil society at the Climate Change Center Berlin Brandenburg’s inaugural event “CLIMATE:Lab #1”, which will be held online due to the pandemic.
